Returns & Refunds
Our goal is your happiness! We want you to love every item you receive from Pen & Kartka. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item should be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, simply contact us at penandkartka@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label along with clear instructions on how to send your package. Please note that returns sent without first requesting approval cannot be accepted.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you notice any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away at penandkartka@gmail.com. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items can’t be returned:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The simplest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you’d like.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, no explanation needed. As above, items must be in their original condition with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow your bank or credit card provider a little extra time to post the refund.
